Deirdre Nolfi, MD, is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist and is certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed her residency at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, followed by her fellowship at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr. Nolfi’s clinical interests include hemostasis, thrombosis, and platelet function disorders. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Research Society.
